A MOTHER, A WIFE, A TEACHER AND A STUDENT

Can you guys believe that a person can become 4 different people at the same time? Well I do. I have seen it with my own eyes. And yet, i had never hear this person say that it was tough and wanted to give up. All day long, this person play 4 different role at the same time. Sometime, I wonder where does this person get all the energy. redbull maybe haha

And here i am complaining about my life as a student.

Well , this incredible person is my ibu. She is a high school teacher also a student ( phD student). And today , is her graduation day ! as i was attending her graduation day, i cried. She finally did it. I have seen her sacrificing her sleep to finish her thesis. Always after a long day of teaching, she goes to class , library doing her research and went back home to prepared our need. And the next day she'll do the exact things over and over again.

Last month, my grandmother fall ill. She had to take care of her even though it was her mak mentua . She accompanied her at the hospital for a couple of days. My ibu had a diabetes so she cannot be so active in order to maintain her sugar level. and yet, she consider other before herself. She make sure my grandmother is in good hand before taking her break. Once, she collapsed. AND NO ONE FREAKING KNOWS ABOUT IT because she does not want my grandmother to worry. (AL-FATIHAH )And worst, she had viva around the corner and does not have time to revise and prepared herself. I believe ALLAH make her way easy in finishing her viva. ALLHAMDULLIAH

Dear ibu,

Forgive me for my wrongdoing, hurting you unintended. You are always by my side even it was hard for you too.

I love you ibu

DIY BALLOON LANTERN

Hey peeps! This is my first time blogging am only doing this because of my ssk assignment  but who knows maybe someday blogging is my thaaang. So, diy-ing has been a hobby of mine. Like to watch video of it, learn how to do it but too lazy to tried all of it. Laziness. My love- hate relationship. Its complicated. Anyway, here im going to share some of my favourite do-it-yourself project that i actually done during my spm break.

DIY LANTERN

Here’s what you need for the lanterns:
• 5 to 6 balloons, blown up to whatever size ball or lantern you want to make
• large plastic drop cloth
• scissors
• twine, hemp or cotton yarn
• 4 ounces basic white glue
• ½ cup cornstarch
• 1/4 cup warm water
• petroleum jelly
• clear, fast-drying spray paint
• lantern lights or white twinkle lights (I like the twinkle lights because they have that twinkly, magical look, but lantern lights would be nifty, too.)

Blow up balloons to desired size. Keep in mind that the size of your balloon dictates the size of your lanterns balls.
Lay a plastic drop cloth over your work surface, and set up a place where balloons can be suspended from the air to dry. I draped the plastic drop cloth across the bathroom floor and into the bathtub so I could hang the balls on the shower bar.
Mix glue, cornstarch and warm water in a large container until all lumps are gone, then cover each balloon in petroleum jelly (using rubber gloves for this cuts down on the mess).
Feed the twine through the glue mixture until it is coated, then start draping it around the balloon.
Wrap the ball vertically to a comfortable tightness, then horizontally. Once ball is wrapped to your liking, use a piece of twine to suspend it from the shower bar (or drying space of your choosing).

Allow balls to dry for 24 hours. Then, pop the balloons. It’s like magic! Spray the balls with clear, fast-drying spray paint.
Hope you enjoyed making this as much as i do. I dont have the picture of mine as so here a few example i found online. Thank you.
